Expert Witness

Dr. Saff is an expert witness in the areas of mold allergy claims, sick building syndrome, black mold, mold litigation, asthma, food and drug allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation evaluations, and civil litigation for both the plaintiff and defense. Many attorneys consider him a mold expert. 

Dr. Saff is an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. His internship and residency were in internal medicine at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia followed with an allergy/immunology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee. He has practiced in Tallahassee since 1994 and has won many service awards from the American Lung Association. He was an environment and health columnist for the local newspaper, the Tallahassee Democrat. He is board-certified in allergy/immunology and internal medicine. He is a certified clinical research investigator and a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
